First Meet of the Season is tomorrow!
Racer Parents,
Our first meet of the season is tomorrow night against the Quail Hollow Amberjacks! This meet will be virtual and will be scheduled for our normal meet time since Quail Hollow will be swimming at the same time at their pool. The weather forecast looks promising!
We are not doing a movie in the clubhouse tomorrow, but will try to get movies going for our other home meets and our virtual meet days.
Arrival Time for swimmers:
5:15pm with warmups starting at 5:30pm.
Concessions:
We will have Chick-fil-A sandwiches and nuggets for sale as well as cheese and pepperoni pizza for sale by the slice. Just a reminder that our snack bar is cashless, but we do accept credit cards and Apple Pay.
Volunteers:
If you are volunteering to time or have never done your volunteer position before, please check in on the covered porch at 5:30pm for some training. We also need all volunteers to check in so that we know we have everyone present by meet start which is 6pm.
T-shirts and swim caps:
Swim Caps will be available starting this afternoon at practice. If you cannot get your cap tonight, you can get them at tomorrow morning’s practice or at the meet. Please see Coach Shawn to pick up your cap. T-shirts are slightly delayed due to manufacturing delays due to COVID -19. We should have them by our 2nd meet and hopefully will get them later this week, but we will not have them in time for tomorrow. Please accept our apologies for the delay.
After the meet, we will meet at Bruster’s Ice Cream in the Falls River Shopping Center.
