Urgent: Please RSVP for Tuesday's swim meet

    Good afternoon parents,

    This is a reminder to go into your account on gwcracers.swimtopia.com and RSVP whether or not you will be attending the meet this Tuesday, June 15.  Sign up will close tomorrow (Monday) morning so that the coaches can plan the lineups. If you are receiving this email we have not yet received an RSVP for your swimmer.

    The meet will run as a regular meet (Tuesday night at our pool) but our opposing team will not be present. Please see Coach Shawn's email for report times.

    Please remember that this RSVP enables us to know whether your swimmer is available for main events and will allow us to capture their times.  It is really important due to the new timing system we are using this year.  It only takes a minute to RSVP.  Please also RSVP if you will NOT be attending.  

    1. Login to gwcracers.swimtopia.com with the login you used to register your child.

    2. Go to this page: (under Team Info/Swim Meets): https://gwcracers.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

    3. For each meet click the green box that says "Meet Entry: Open".

    4. Click Edit and indicate whether or not your child will be attending the meet.

    5. Save
