IMPORTANT: WE NEED YOUR HELP - PLEASE RSVP FOR MEETS

    Racer Parents-

    Your help is desperately needed in order to help us capture times for your swimmers.  We are trying a new timing system that will allow us to capture your times electronically.   In order to utilize this system to the best of its ability, we need each of you to RSVP your swimmers for each meet no later than Sunday prior to each Tuesday night meet.  If you do not declare your swimmer as attending the meet, we cannot seed them and they will be put in a later heat in which their times may not be captured.  In addition, if your child is eligible for a main event and they are not RSVP-ed for the meet, they will not be put in the main event.  We have tried for the last few years to eliminate the huge amounts of paperwork and time entry post meet.  This is another step in trying to streamline our process.  It only take a minute to RSVP and that will help us tremendously in putting our lineups together for each meet as well as entering times.  This is especially important this year when we are having more virtual meets than in-person meets.

    It is simple to RSVP, please see the directions below:


    1. Login to gwcracers.swimtopia.com with the login you used to register your child.

    2. Go to this page: (under Team Info/Swim Meets): https://gwcracers.swimtopia.com/swim_meets

    3. For each meet click the green box that says "Meet Entry: Open".

    4. Click Edit and indicate whether or not your child will be attending the meet.

    5. Save
