meet moved to tomorrow vs. Bedford

    July 17th

    Racer Families,

    I wanted to thank you for your patience tonight.  I hate that the weather did not cooperate, but I have already received several emails with offers to volunteer tomorrow.  I cannot express to you my gratitude in seeing the willingness to help us put on our last meet for our swimmers.  

    I know if it is not convenient to come back, but if we keep in mind that our kids have worked hard for the last 7 weeks and that we all support them and want to give them the opportunity to end on a good note.

    If you have not already done so, please email me and Coach Shawn with your swimmer availability for tomorrow night.  I would also love to continue to hear from our parent volunteers from tonight if they will be able to resume the role they had or if we have parents that were not volunteering that can help fill in the volunteer gaps.  Coach Shawn and I are meeting at 11:30am to rework our meet lineups/documents, so if we can hear from everyone no later than 10am, that would be tremendously helpful.  

    See everyone that can make it tomorrow night...same time for warm ups and meet start.  We will resume the meet where we left off.
